We renovated a St. Pete Beach home with long-standing water intrusion issues by adding new garage foundations, block walls, and roof trusses. The work, completed under FEMA guidelines, strengthened the structure without altering the interior. The home is now fully protected from water and storm damage.
We completed a home addition for Kyle and Bonnie Klement to accommodate their growing family. The project included a new master suite, living room, home office, and a larger garage. We also added an interior laundry room, enhancing the home’s functionality and space.

We also installed all-new utilities, including electrical, a lift station, and a 1,000-gallon propane holding tank. The pavilion features a bathroom, outdoor grill, and fireplace, creating a perfect outdoor living space.
